This is a new idea here on the Handbasket to occasionally feature a couple of bands that really catch our ear. And we want to share that discovery with you, fellow Hellions! Take a listen to these bands and see for yourselves!

Two Bands which cannot be missed this summer is Bastion and State Song. Bastion, a veteran of the Cincinnati scene and State Song, newly formed in November of '08 will be tearing up the Cincinnati music scene in the upcoming months. Bastion is one of our featured write ups in the upcoming zine and we will definitely get you more information on State Song in the following issue.

Take a listen to both bands and see for yourself. But better yet....See them LIVE! Check the calendar for upcoming dates! Remember, you heard them first here.....on H.I.A.H.!
